Location was perfect. Just a stroll from the seaside! Staff was friendly too. Ensuring everything was clean and tidy. The room had ample closet space with hangers and the shower had strong water pressure.

Thoroughly enjoyed our 1 night here. The staff were EFFICIENT, the room was modern looking with seaview. And it was nestled close to a port.

Overall, it's decent base for exploring Naples attractions. It has AMICABLE, efficient staff. The room is nice and incredibly comfortable and essentials you need, including coffee and netflix, is right there. The point is the sea view was an unexpected bonus. When I am in Naples, I like staying here.

The Double Room with balcony was a highlight. I loved having my morning coffee enjoying the sea view from the balcony. The bathroom was quite clean and equipped with free toiletries. Great restaurants were just a quick stroll away, and nothing beats the convenience of being close to the water. Staff members were kind and always willing to assist. Special thanks to Margherita for the good breakfast each morning! The first night was tough because of the noise from the restaurant below. It got much better after that, but light sleepers might struggle at times. I noticed some issues with the shower drainage experiencing slow water exit. A wonderful stay, but slight improvements could make it even better.

Staying in the Standard King Room was pretty enjoyable. The location was spot-on, all just a short walk away. I appreciated how smooth everything went, from check-in to check-out, with staff being really prompt in addressing any needs. On top of that, the modern look of the room and the communal areas added a nice touch to our experience. Accessing the hotel was tricky at first due to the lack of clear signs and the passcode entry was a bit confusing.

My experience was marred by external noise, especially on the first night from a nearby restaurant, made sleeping difficult. Be aware of additional charges for checking in late after 8 PM and the misunderstanding surrounding check-out time that may arise, which adds a layer of annoyance to the stay.

The vegetarian dishes at nearby restaurants like Angeli and Ciro a Santa Lucia were a joy! I loved the fresh herbs and flavors, made each bite a celebration. Plus, the location was spot-on for exploring Naples, not far from the vibrant Misture cocktail bar for a nightcap!

Navigating to the apartment was like completing a treasure hunt, especially when woken up at 2 AM by a staff call I didn't need! The inconsistent information on towel replacements was a tad frustrating, but we made it work regardless.

My stay included a great room with a wonderful sea view from the balcony. Finding the entrance was challenging, and I experienced some confusion regarding towel replacements during my 10-night stay.
